Shipping Info Orders normally ship within 5 business days. Holidays can sometimes add a day or two. Why 5 days? Simply put, we are not your mass-produced, "pick and pack" store. Our artisan production team is fast, but because each garment is individually produced, we need a little extra time. We hope you love your personalized item as much as we enjoy making it for you.
Backorder Policy If we are unable to fulfill a part of your order, we may remove the unavailable items from your order and refund your credit card. We may contact you before shipment to ask for your instructions. You will not be charged additional shipping costs for items that do not ship with your original order.
Returns and Exchanges The return information listed below is for our retail customers only. We want you to love your new Whimsy Rose garment, however, in the event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund. Please note that any items marked 'final sale' may not be returned. New/Unworn garments may be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt in order to receive a full refund (less expedited shipping costs). You are responsible for all return shipping. Any items received 31-60 days after receipt will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card. Please use the following instructions:
• Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box if possible. • Please use your packing slip/invoice as the return form with the item(s) you are returning. • Because we always want to make sure our customers are as happy as possible with their Whimsy Rose apparel and accessories, any reason you can offer is greatly appreciated – just add a quick note to the packing slip/invoice. • If there are any shipping labels, barcodes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them before adding your label. • Send the package to us.
