SHIPPING POLICY: FREE SHIPPING - All products are packed very carefully to avoid breakage. We will ship your order FREE by the US Postal Ground Service or UPS Ground

RETURN POLICIES: We want you to be happy and love your purchases from our studio, but please shop carefully as we like to spend more time creating new works in the studio rather than processing returns. We take high quality photos of our pieces so you can see exactly what you are buying. If you have an issue and really need to return an item, please contact me.  

Refunds are only issued once the item is returned to me in its original condition (e.g. undamaged and unbroken). Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping. 

Because our items is breakable, so we highly recommend that you ship returns with insurance in case of breakage.

REFUNDS DUE TO DAMAGE: Refunds due to shipping damage will be made if requested within two weeks of receipt. Please save the item and packing materials to verify damage for a shipping claim. A photo of the broken packaging is required for credit as we have to file a claim with the shipping company. Thanks as pictures are always helpful and appreciated. We will refund the cost of the item as well as shipping costs if the item is damaged in shipping to you
