Your purchase will generally be shipped within one to two business days of your order, unless otherwise noted. Free shipping uses the slowest shipping method to get the item to you. You can expedite shipping to receive your item faster at additional cost to you. All items ship via USPS. Small items, such as pillow covers, ship First Class or Priority Mail depending on the number of items ordered. Large items, such as pouf ottomans, ship Parcel Select Ground which may take from one to two weeks to receive. Each package will have a separate tracking number which you will receive once I've received your order and purchased shipping labels.

Returns 
If you have any concerns or questions regarding the product you purchased, please email altatextiles@gmail.com.

Our return/refund policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery to you. If 10 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you'd like to exchange an item you ordered for another item (within 10 days of receipt by you), please email altatextiles@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any returned item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Each item is packaged with care. However, Alta Textiles is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please email altatextiles@gmail.com as soon as possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
